“MyeHealthPass” is a one-stop platform providing users with professional, comprehensive and efficient channel for electronic credential. With the App, you can:

  • participate third party activities

  • online payment

  • submit RAT test report

  • stored Electronic Vaccination and Testing Record in the app

  • store all your receipts and joined activities in one place 

  • keep your membership up to date


It’s simple! You can do it in just three steps:

Step 1 - Download the “MyeHealthPass” App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

Step 2 - Click “Register"

Step 3 - Follow the steps to register

That's it – you're all set to join the activities.


The password is set by the user during the process of account activation.


Go to the “MyeHealthPass” App Login page, click “Forget password” and follow the steps to reset. 

To reset via Email Address:

  1. Enter your registered email address and submit

  2. Press “Get Code” and you will receive an email from “MyeHealthPass”. Then enter the verify code.(Please check the filter setting of the email address provided. You may also need to check other folder(s) of your email box.)

  3. Enter a new password and retype the same password under "Confirm password". Then press “Update” to complete the password reset.

 


OTP stands for one-time password. We use this to help protect your Account from fraud. If we need to verify that you’re the owner of the email that you’re using, we’ll send you an OTP which you’ll need to enter into the relevant screen in the “MyeHealthPass” App within 10 minutes. Occasionally email can get delayed or lost, so if the OTP doesn’t arrive, just wait a few minutes and request another.

You may submit the account delete request in the “MyeHealthPass” app by clicking "Close Account" at “Me” page.


Click the activity in the home page of the calendar, then either upload the photo or choose the right picture from the album, then follow the steps to submit.

To use the App to join the activities and browse offers, users need to provide at least an email and a mobile number to log in.


We only ask Members for their email address and mobile number to inform them about the latest activities.


You can call our Customer Service at 3168 0680 or email to info@myehealthpass.com. Our office hours are between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday. We are off on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.


"iAM Smart" is a free account that can be enjoyed by all Hong Kong Identity Card (HKID Card) holders aged 11 or above. It allows users to perform authentication through personal mobile phones and log in as well as use the government and commercial online services. For details of “iAM Smart”, please click here.

"iAM Smart" account is available in two versions, namely "iAM Smart" and "iAM Smart+". The "iAM Smart" version has authentication, form-filling and personalized notifications functions, while the "iAM Smart+" version has the digital signing function in addition.
